Westfield (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System rehired Loomis Sayles & Co. to manage $6.5 million in active diversified domestic small-cap equities, said Raymond Depelteau, chief investment officer of the $180 million pension fund.
Westfield officials issued the RFP in June in anticipation of its contract with Loomis Sayles expiring in 2016.
Wasatch Advisors and Rice Hall James & Associates were the other finalists.
