Arkansas State University System, Little Rock, hired Multnomah Group as the first investment consultant for its $400 million 403(b) plan, said Jennifer Smith, associate vice president for benefits for the ASU System.
An RFP was issued in April.
Multnomah Group will help ensure the plan complies with all of the 403(b) regulations, not just its investment lineup, Ms. Smith said.
TIAA-CREF and VALIC are the plan's record keepers.
