Tsukasa Sekizaki has been named president and CEO of Eastspring Investments Japan.
Mr. Sekizaki will start in mid-September, an Eastspring news release said. He replaces Koji Wada, who “is leaving to pursue other opportunities,” according to the news release. Mr. Wada couldn’t immediately be reached for comment. A spokeswoman for Eastspring said she had no information concerning Mr. Wada’s plans.
Mr. Sekizaki was president and CEO of Deutsche Asset Management (Japan). A spokesman for parent Deutsche Bank Group said Mitsuhisa Murata replaced Mr. Sekizaki as president, CEO and representative director of Deutsche Asset Management (Japan) on April 1.
