Navneet Maheshwari joined bfinance as a senior consultant, said a spokeswoman for the investment consultant.
The position is new, and Mr. Maheshwari is based in both London and Dubai.
Mr. Maheshwari is responsible for local market client relations across the Middle East. He is also responsible for new business development in the region.
Mr. Maheshwari was previously responsible for building Nasdaq Dubai's equity capital markets business in the Middle East, North Africa, Russia and the former Soviet republics.
