Christian Diebitsch joined Heptagon Capital as European equity manager, a spokeswoman said.
It is a new position, and Mr. Diebitsch is based in London. The position was created in response to investor requests for a European equity strategy, the firm said in a news release.
Mr. Diebitsch was previously a European equity manager at Seilern Investment Management. Spokesmen for Seilern could not be reached for comment by press time.
Heptagon Capital has $9 billion in assets under management across institutional and other clients.
