St. Louis Police Retirement System hired Marquette Associates as investment consultant, said Stephen G. Olish, executive director, in an e-mail.
The $715 million pension fund issued an RFP in May as a “routine inquiry,” Mr. Olish said at the time, having not conducted a search since 2008.
Marquette’s contract begins Oct. 1.
Current consultant Segal Rogerscasey was invited to rebid and was a finalist along with Asset Consulting Group and Callan Associates.
