Ohio State Teachers’ Retirement System, Columbus, made a $200 million direct investment in CQS Diversified Fund, a credit-oriented multistrategy hedge fund, said recently released board meeting minutes from the $75 billion pension fund.
The diversified fund provides exposure to a total of six convertible and/or credit hedge funds managed by CQS.
Spokesman Nick Treneff did not immediately return a phone call seeking further information.
