Carolyn Patton was named managing director and head of consultant relations, Americas, at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, spokeswoman Maria Gonzalez said.
The position is new. Ms. Patton will be responsible for cultivating relationships with investment consultants based in the Americas.
Ms. Patton will report to Mark Bolton, global head of consultant relations, and J.J. Wilczewski, co-head of the global client group, Americas.
Ms. Patton was executive managing director and principal, head of distribution and client service at Turner Investments. Tucker Hewes, a spokesman at Turner, said Ms. Patton's global distribution team leadership responsibilities have been assumed by Karen Greenberg, senior managing director, while her client service responsibilities were assumed by senior members of the distribution team.
DeAWM has $1.3 trillion in assets under management.
