Los Angeles Fire & Police Pension System’s board is expected to decide on minimum qualifications for emerging managers, a precursor to launching two RFPs for domestic small-/microcap equity and U.S. fixed income, a work plan presented to the board of the $18.3 billion plan’s general investment consultant RVK Inc. (formerly R.V. Kuhns & Associates) shows.
Further information was not immediately available.
Later this year, RVK also plans to conduct a review of the system’s $3.6 billion fixed-income portfolio and its managers. This would include a fee and style analysis and could result in the issuance of RFPs.
