Arapahoe County, Littleton, Colo., is searching for a record keeper for its $52 million 457 deferred compensation plan, said Sarah Huerta, purchasing agent for the county.
The search is being conducted as a “best practices” measure, according to the RFP.
The incumbent ICMA-RC is invited to rebid. Its contract expires on March 2, 2015.
Proposals are due by 2 p.m. MDT on Aug 21. Finalist presentations are tentatively scheduled for Oct. 1 and a hiring decision is anticipated on Oct. 16.
The RFP is available online on a state procurement website. Registration is required.
