Ken Schuster, vice president and treasurer of Novartis Corp., New York, will retire in September, said spokeswoman Julie Masow, in an e-mail.
Mr. Schuster, who oversaw Novartis’ $9.52 billion pension plan, will be replaced by Uneek Mehra. Mr. Mehra is head of finance for the integrated hospital care and critical care business units at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp.
