Frank Sustersic was named a director and portfolio manager at Lazard Asset Management, a Lazard spokeswoman said.
It is a new position.
Mr. Sustersic will manage two new small-cap equity strategies, the Lazard U.S. Small Cap Equity Growth strategy and the Lazard U.S. Small Cap Equity Growth Concentrated strategy.

Mr. Sustersic joined Lazard from Turner Investments, where he had been a principal, senior portfolio manager and lead portfolio manager for the Turner Emerging Growth Fund. He has been replaced at Turner by Peter Niedland, who has the title of senior portfolio manager and global equity analyst, said Tucker Hewes, a spokesman for Turner Investments.
