Delaware State Treasury, Dover, is searching for the first general consultant for the state's $526 million 457 plan and $270 million 403(b) plan, said Chip Flowers Jr., state treasurer.
Proposals are due at 4:30 p.m. EDT on Aug. 15. The treasurer's office hopes to complete the process no later than the end of the year, Mr. Flowers said.
