R. Scott Popaditch was named CEO of ICC Capital Management, spokesman Nate Moore said.
Mr. Popaditch replaced Robert Ohanesian, who will remain in his role as chief investment officer of fixed-income strategies at ICC Capital. Mr. Moore said Mr. Ohanesian wanted to focus on the CIO role.
Mr. Popaditch was a managing partner at 79 Capital Securities, a boutique investment bank. It could not be learned whether he was replaced. Michael M. Ward, the company's president did not return a phone call seeking comment by press time.
ICC Capital had $1.4 billion in assets under management as of June 30.
