Anton Kwang joined Neuberger Berman Group in Hong Kong as a senior portfolio manager for the Asia-Pacific region on the firm's global real estate securities team.
The position is new.
The New York-based real estate securities group — with six dedicated members, supported by 30 research analysts — oversees more than $2 billion for clients. Mr. Kwang becomes the first member of the team based outside of the U.S., said Hong Kong-based spokesman David Bloomfield.
Mr. Kwang was investment director and lead portfolio manager for Standard Life Investments' global real estate funds and was based in Hong Kong, said a Neuberger Berman news release.
