Wyoming Retirement System, Cheyenne, hired R.V. Kuhns & Associates as investment consultant for its $498 million 457 plan, said Ruth Ryerson, executive director, in an e-mail.
The retirement system issued an RFP in April because of a requirement that the services be put out to bid periodically. Incumbent consultant NEPC rebid and was a finalist along with Segal Rogerscasey.
