Julian Pick joined Polen Capital as a global growth portfolio manager, said company spokesman Anthony Xuereb.
The position is new. Mr. Pick will build a new global growth strategy and report to Dan Davidowitz, chief investment officer and lead portfolio manager of Polen Capital's U.S. large-cap growth strategy.
Mr. Pick was a partner and senior portfolio manager at Sands Capital Management.
