Landauer Inc., Glenwood, Ill., hired New York Life Retirement Plan Services as record keeper of its $15.6 million 401(k) plan, the company said in its 11-K filed Monday.
The incumbent was ADP Retirement Services. Kathy Bober, director of human resources, did not return a telephone call by press time.
As of Dec. 31, the plan had 25 investment options.
The blackout period, which started June 24, is expected to end July 26.
