Ocean Shore Holding Co., Ocean City, N.J., hired The Newport Group as record keeper of its 401(k) plan.
Prudential Financial is the current record keeper. The change is the result of a “careful review” in conjunction with the plan's investment consultant, The Centurion Group, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A blackout period for participants begins July 28 and is expected to end Aug. 22.
The Ocean City Home Bank Savings and Investment Plan had $11 million in assets as of Dec. 31, according to its most recent 11-K filing.
