Antin Infrastructure Partners closed its second fund, Antin Infrastructure Partners II, at its hard cap of €2 billion ($2.71 billion), said James Stranko, Antin Infrastructure spokesman.
The fund is expected to take majority interests in European infrastructure companies. Fundraising took less than a year and the total capital raised exceeds both the fund’s initial fundraising target of €1.5 billion and the €1.1 billion raised by the firm’s first fund.
Investors in Antin Infrastructure Partners II include the $14.2 billion Arkansas Teacher Retirement System, Little Rock.
