Mark Dwyer was named head of portfolio solutions, Europe, Middle East and Asia, at Macquarie Securities Group, and Graham Cook was named senior transition manager.
Both London-based positions are new, said Angharad White, Macquarie spokesman. The appointments are part of Macquarie's expansion of its transition management business.
Messrs. Dwyer and Cook came from BNY Mellon's beta and transition management business, where Mr. Dwyer was a managing director and head of EMEA and Mr. Cook, a director. BNY Mellon has ceased operations of its transition management business.
Mr. White would not comment on possible further appointments at Macquarie Securities Group.
