Indiana Public Retirement System, Indianapolis, is searching for a real estate consultant for the $29.4 billion pension fund.
The contract of current consultant ORG Portfolio Management expires later this year; the firm can rebid.
Proposals are due at 3 p.m. EDT June 20. A selection is expected the week of July 21.
Separately, the pension fund on June 23 will post an RFP for a general investment consultant, said Jennifer Dunlap, INPRS spokeswoman. Incumbent Strategic Investment Solutions, whose contract expires later this year, can rebid, Ms. Dunlap said.
At an April 25 meeting of the pension fund’s board, David Cooper, chief investment officer, said the selected investment consultant would conduct an asset-liability study of the retirement system.
The pension fund posts its RFPs on its website.
