Raheel Altaf joined Artemis Investment Management as a fund manager, a spokeswoman said.
The position is new; Mr. Altaf started Tuesday. He works alongside other managers on three quant funds — Artemis Capital Fund, European Growth Fund and Global Growth Fund.
Mr. Altaf was previously a portfolio manager at Fulcrum Asset Management and he left in December, according to a news release by Artemis. Spokesmen for Fulcrum could not be reached for comment by press time.
