Oakland County Retirement and Deferred Compensation Board, Waterford, Mich., hired Northern Trust as custodian of the $1.2 billion retirement fund, said Judy D. Fandale, retirement administrator.
Northern Trust replaced J.P. Morgan Chase after an RFP search process that began in January, Ms. Fandale said.
