Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management hired Atlantic Investment Management, Chilton Investment Co., Lazard Asset Management and Omega Advisors as subadvisers of its DWS Strategic Equity Long/Short Fund.
The mutual fund launched on Thursday, said spokeswoman Catherine Wooten.
The fund is intended as a multistrategy long/short equity fund across multiple regions and market caps.
Atlantic Investment Management and Omega Advisors manage developed markets equity long/short strategies for the fund, while Chilton Investment Co. and Lazard Asset Management manage global equity long/short strategies for the fund.
Claudia Roering and Christoph Umscheid, both directors at DeAWM, are the portfolio managers.
