Questar Corp., Salt Lake City, hired Prudential Financial as record keeper of its 401(k) plan, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The current record keeper is Wells Fargo & Co. The reason for the change could not be learned by press time.
A blackout period for participants begins at 2 p.m. MDT on June 23 and will end on or about July 11.
The Questar Corp. Retirement Income plan had $510 million in assets as of Dec. 31, 2012, according to the company’s most recent 11-K filing.
