The person who registers your firm must be able to answer questions on hiring practices, benefits and compensation. Those questions will be part of an employer survey that will be sent to registrants in June.
Organizations that are ranked among the best places to work will be featured in the Dec. 8 issue of em>P&I and on our website.
Rankings are based on responses to the employer survey and an employee survey.
