San Diego Metropolitan Transit System is seeking an investment consultant for the San Diego Transit Corporation Pension Plan, according to Transit Talent, a public transportation procurement site.
The plan's assets were $148 million as of July 1, 2012, according to the transit district's most recent annual report. The current consultant and whether it can rebid could not be learned by press time.
MTS administers the procurement for SDTC.
The RFP will be available on MTS' website by May 16. Interested candidates will be asked to register. The RFP announcement can be found on the website of Transit Talent. Proposals will be due by 4 p.m. PDT on June 25.
Claudine Aquino, procurement specialist for MTS, declined to provide any further information.
