Moline (Ill.) Police Pension Fund and Moline Firefighters' Pension Fund hired Mitchell, Vaught & Taylor as investment consultant, said Kathleen Carr, city finance director, in an e-mail.
The pension funds, which have a combined $59 million in assets, issued an RFP in February as a result of a requirement to put the services out to bid every five years.
Incumbent Investment Consulting Group rebid and was a finalist. The other finalists were Graystone Consulting and Wall & Associates.
