Katherine Wade was appointed senior equity research analyst at Aviva Investors, said a spokeswoman for the firm.
The position is new. Ms. Wade, who started Tuesdayreports to David Lis, head of equities.
She was most recently equity sales generalist, responsible for company analysis, trading and client relationships, at Citigroup. A spokeswoman for Citigroup was not available to comment by press time.
“(Ms. Wade) has a strong track record in equity analysis at the stock idea development, client advisory and direct trading levels,” Mr. Lis said in a news release. “As we continue to focus our equity team around core strengths, she will be a key part of the stock selection process going forward.”
