Borough of State College, Pa., hired Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors as investment consultant for its $21 million Police Pension Plan and $19 million General Government Employees Pension Plan, said Cynthia Hanscom, director of human resources.
The borough issued an RFP in October because it had been nearly five years since the hiring of incumbent Rhoades & Owen and the borough council thought it was appropriate to put the services up for bid, Ms. Hanscom said. Rhoades & Owen did rebid.
The other finalist was Kamp Consulting Solutions.
