Contra Costa County Employees' Retirement Association, Concord, Calif., committed $50 million to Adams Street 2014 Global Fund, a private equity fund of funds managed by Adams Street Partners, according to recently released board meeting minutes.
The $6.4 billion pension fund has previously committed a total of $250 million to various Adams Street funds since 1995.
Officials at the pension fund were not available by press time to provide further information.
