David Frazer joined T. Rowe Price in Sydney with the title of relationship management, Australia and New Zealand, a senior institutional sales and relationship role.
The position is new, said Marieta Olivari, T. Rowe’s lead marketing manager in Australia. Mr. Frazer will lead T. Rowe Price’s institutional business development, managing client and consultant relations across all asset classes, according to a T. Rowe news release.
Mr. Frazer was country head at Ashmore Group until October 2013. A London-based spokeswoman for Ashmore said the firm declined to comment on Mr. Frazer’s title and duties at the firm as well as whether his position had been filled.
