Nicholas Elward was named senior vice president, head of business development at Natixis Global Asset Management, according to company spokesman David Snowden.
The position is new. Mr. Elward will be a member of the marketing and global products senior staff. He will report to Mark Doyle, executive vice president, strategic marketing and global products at Natixis.
Mr. Elward was vice president, product development at State Street Global Advisors. Representatives from SSgA did not know by press time whether he would be replaced.
