Danville (Ill.) Firemen's Pension Fund and Danville Police Pension Fund are searching for an investment consultant, according to Stephanie Wilson, Danville city treasurer.
The $11 million firemen's pension fund and $18 million police pension fund are required to issue RFPs for an investment consultant every five years, Ms. Wilson wrote in an e-mail. Current consultant Raymond James is invited to rebid.
The firemen's RFP and police RFP are available on the city's website.
Proposals for both pension funds are due at 4 p.m. CDT on May 15. Ms. Wilson wrote that the boards of the pension funds hope to make a joint decision by the middle of June.
