Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System, Phoenix, made a follow-on commitment of $40 million to ORG AZ Real Estate Secondary Opportunity Fund, managed by ORG Portfolio Management, said James Hacking, administrator of the $7.7 billion pension fund.
The additional investment in the custom real estate fund brings the pension fund's total commitment to $137 million.
