Elisabeth Colleran was named co-portfolio manager on the emerging markets portfolio management team at Loomis Sayles, said company spokeswoman Erin Heard.
The position is new. Ms. Colleran will co-manage several emerging markets debt strategies, including the Loomis Sayles Emerging Markets Opportunities Fund, which launched in February. She will report to Jae Park, chief investment officer at Loomis Sayles.
Ms. Colleran was a senior credit analyst covering emerging markets corporate debt at Loomis Sayles. She will continue to perform those duties.
