Paul C. Sisson joined real estate manager CBRE Global Investors' multimanager unit as managing director and the head of Americas, said spokeswoman Pam Barnett in an e-mail.
Mr. Sisson replaces Scott D. Brown, who joined real estate investment firm Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers as president on Feb. 3.
Mr. Sisson will lead CBRE's multimanager team and be responsible for debt and equity investments in primary funds, secondaries, co-investments and joint ventures with operating partners. He will be based in New York.
Mr. Sisson was senior vice president and head of originations for real estate investment firm Brookfield Property Group's debt investment subsidiary, Brookfield Real Estate Financial Partners. Eric Anton, Brookfield Real Estate Financial Partners spokesman, could not be reached by press time.
