Lee Clark was named portfolio manager on Russell Investments' transition management team, said a spokeswoman for the firm.
It is a new position and there are plans for further expansion of the team, the spokeswoman said.
Mr. Clark was most recently a transition management specialist at Northern Trust. A spokeswoman for Northern Trust said he was replaced by Vikash Patel.
