Nicholas Savoulides was named a co-portfolio manager of Loomis, Sayles' liability-driven investment strategies, confirmed company spokeswoman Erin Heard.
The position is new. Mr. Savoulides will work with John Hyll and Neil Burke, LDI co-portfolio managers.
Mr. Savoulides was the senior LDI strategist responsible for research, infrastructure development and client liability analysis; Loomis, Sayles has no plans to fill the vacancy.
