Colorado County Officials & Employees Retirement Association, Littleton, is replacing two funds in the investment lineup of its 401(a) and 457 plans, wrote Jacob Kuijper, executive director, in an e-mail.
The plans, with a combined $1.2 billion in assets, are adding the Dodge & Cox Stock Fund as its new domestic large-cap value equity investment option, replacing the Davis NY Venture Fund, and adding the Harbor Capital Appreciation Fund as its new domestic large-cap growth equity investment options, replacing the Rainier Large Cap Equity Fund, managed by Rainier Investment Management.
Both funds had been on the retirement plans' watchlist and have been removed due to personnel changes as well as performance, Mr. Kuijper wrote.
Christopher C. Davis, Davis Advisors chief investment officer, did not return a phone call seeking comment by press time; James R. Margard, Rainier Investment Management's CIO, could not provide a comment by press time.
