Triple Canopy Inc., Reston, Va., hired Transamerica Retirement Solutions for record-keeping services for the company's three 401(k) plans and administrative services for its defined benefit plan.
Transamerica will replace Great-West Retirement Services on May 1, said Jayanti Menches, Triple Canopy marketing director, in an e-mail. The four plans have a total of $73 million in assets.
Triple Canopy is owned and run by veterans; it provides security, training and mission support to government agencies and multinational corporations.
