Emma Haight was appointed director and James Fox was appointed associate director within AMP Capital's global infrastructure debt team, a spokeswoman said.
Both are new positions. They are based in London and report to Richard Lane, AMP Capital's infrastructure debt principal.
Ms. Haight was vice president in the project finance division and a lead negotiator on infrastructure transactions at NIBC Bank. Mr. Fox, who starts with AMP in April, was most recently part of the finance team at British Land. A spokesman for British Land declined to comment on a replacement at this time.
AMP Capital will also relocate Spencer Ivey to the company's New York office as associate director in May. He is currently fund controller for AMP Capital's infrastructure debt team in Sydney.
“These appointments reflect gathering momentum behind our fundraising efforts,” said Andrew Jones, global head of infrastructure debt at AMP Capital, in a news release. “Adding senior talent to the team will ensure our asset sourcing and management capabilities keep pace with our fundraising success and they will all be integral in sourcing and securing new deals.”
