Montana Public Employees’ Retirement Board, Helena, has added the MFS Midcap Value fund, managed by MFS Investment Management, as an investment option in its $415 million 457 plan, confirmed Patricia Davis, member services bureau chief.
The fund was added to the investment option lineup on March 3, according to a notice on the Montana Public Employee Retirement Administration’s website.
The fund replaces the Columbia Midcap Value fund, which is being removed for performance reasons. The fund will be removed from the lineup effective May 30 and participants will be mapped to the MFS fund. Columbia Management spokesman Ryan Lund declined to provide any comment.
The 457 plan has 18 investment options plus a target-date fund lineup.
