Andrew Waldren was appointed chief operating officer at Ingenious Asset Management, confirmed a spokeswoman for the firm.
It is a new position. Mr. Waldren is responsible for the £1.4 billion ($2.3 billion) money manager's investment operations, custodian relationships, project management and ancillary services, across all of the firm's platforms and locations.
“As our business continues to evolve and mature, the appointment of a chief operating officer was a natural next step,” said Guy Bowles, CEO at Ingenious Asset Management, in a news release.
Mr. Waldren was most recently chief operating officer at family office money manager J. Stern & Co.
