Texas A&M University System, College Station, is searching for an investment consultant for its $3.2 billion cash concentration pool and $883 million System Endowment Fund, according to an RFP posted on a state procurement website.
Fund Evaluation Group is the current consultant. It could not be learned by press time whether it is invited to rebid. The university system already issued an RFP for a consultant in March 2013; it could not be learned whether this is a reissue.
The endowment's allocation ranges are 15% to 25% each domestic and international equity, 14% to 22% absolute return, 11% to 22% private equity, 10% to 20% fixed income and 8% to 18% inflation hedge.
The RFP is available on the state's procurement website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. CDT March 21. A hiring date has not been determined.
