Falmouth (Mass.) Retirement System is searching for a real estate securities manager to run about $2.7 million, according to an RFP posted on the website of Wainwright Investment Counsel, the pension fund’s investment consultant.
The $108 million pension fund will consider domestic or global strategies that are actively or passively managed, according to the RFP. Bidders should respond with commingled products. Separately managed accounts will not be considered.
The RFP is available on Wainwright’s website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. EDT March 14. A hiring date has not yet been determined.
Officials at Wainwright declined to answer any questions. Calls to Francis St. Germaine, administrator for the pension fund, were not returned.
