Idaho Endowment Investment Board, Boise, hired WCM Investment Management to run about $110 million in active international growth equities, confirmed Larry Johnson, manager of investments.
Funding comes from the termination of Marvin & Palmer Associates, which ran a similar portfolio. The board, which oversees $1.6 billion, terminated the firm because of organizational concerns, said Mr. Johnson in a telephone interview.
American Century Investments was the other finalist in the invitation-only search.
Investment consultant Callan Associates assisted.
