Weymouth (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for an active domestic core-plus fixed-income manager to run up to $20 million, confirmed Jo-Ann Anti, director of the $165 million pension fund.
The search is to replace Bradford & Marzec, which was recently terminated for personnel changes.
The pension fund expects the portfolio to maintain a “minimum weighted average credit quality rating of A-,” according to the RFP.
Investment consultant Fiduciary Investment Advisors is assisting. The RFP is available on the consultant's website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. EST March 7. A hiring decision could be made in June.
