Spokane Transit Authority, Spokane, Wash., rehired Arnerich Massena & Associates as investment consultant for its defined contribution plans, confirmed Jacque Tjards, purchasing manager.
The authority has four 401(a) plans and one 457 plan, with combined assets of $45 million. An RFP was issued in October due to the agency’s policy to seek competitive proposals periodically.
The authority did not have finalist presentations, but the next two highest-scoring firms were Heintzberger Payne and Co. and Hyas Group, Mr. Tjards wrote in an e-mail.
